WHO WE ARE
The Lake Eva Marie Dam Association (LEMDA) is a federal tax-deductible 501 c3 non-profit organization established by concerned community members to protect and preserve this critical community resource. Our all- volunteer board of directors is operated by local residents of Waverly Point and Beechwood Hills.
Unlike an HOA, LEMDA is open to everyone who cares about our shared resources and only operates on donations for the sole purpose of our mission. We welcome volunteers, donors, and partners from both Beechwood Hills, Waverly Point, and beyond.
